Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made through Craft N Gear’s website.

Eligibility for Refund/Returns

• Items that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos/description.

• Wrong items sent will be eligible for exchange or refund upon confirmation.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging (when applicable).

Non-Eligible Items

• Normal wear and tear.

• Customized products (e.g., engraved knives) unless defective.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (based on your request).

• Processing may take several business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us at craftngear@gmail.com with order number and issue details.

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

3. Send product back to the designated return address.

4. Refund or replacement issued after inspection.

For privacy and security reasons, we do not display Pakistan addresses or disclose manufacturing locations. Return instructions will be provided via email only.
